IAYM 2009 is underway at Delhi Public School, R K Puram, New Delhi. There are 72 participating students from all over India, and 32 of these are staying at the DPS hostel. The programme began on June 1 and will conclude on June 27. During these 4 weeks, participants will work on projects related to the Chandrayaan space mission, the Jantar Mantar observatories, Search engines for images, Encryption, and Error correcting codes. They will also work on a project in Mathematics communication and attend classes and computer labs.
